Genital Warts Removal London
Private genital warts removal using hyfrecator treatment at 117a Harley Street. Same-day appointments for men and women. Performed by Mr Hikmat Naoum, Consultant Gynaecologist (FRCOG). No GP referral needed.
What is hyfrecator treatment?
Hyfrecator treatment uses a controlled electrical current delivered through a fine probe to destroy wart tissue on contact. It is a precise electrosurgical technique widely used for the removal of genital, anal, and other warts.
The procedure is quick, typically taking 15 to 30 minutes. Local anaesthetic is applied beforehand so the treatment is well tolerated. In most cases, warts are removed in a single session.
Hyfrecator treatment is suitable for genital warts (vulval, penile, scrotal, and perianal), anal warts, and other HPV-related skin lesions. It is more effective than topical treatments such as Warticon (podophyllotoxin) for persistent or multiple warts.
At Medical Express Clinic, all wart removal is performed by Mr Hikmat Naoum, Consultant Gynaecologist (FRCOG, GMC: 3047637). This is consultant-led treatment, not a GP procedure.

- Genital warts (vulval, penile, perianal)
