Ending the Cycle of Exhaustion
Persistent fatigue is rarely caused by a single factor. It is often the result of a complex interplay between previous viral infections (including Long-Covid), hormonal imbalances, and micronutrient depletion. Our Fatigue Health MOT is designed to provide the clinical data needed to break this cycle.
Diagnostic Targets
- Viral History: Epstein-Barr Virus (EBV) antibody profiling and Post-Viral surveillance.
- Intolerances: Coeliac and Gluten sensitivity profiling as hidden drivers of fatigue.
- Hormones: Adrenal function and detailed Thyroid (T3/T4/TSH) assessments.
- Imaging: Brain MRI to rule out neurological contributors to 'brain fog'.

Fatigue Elite MOT
£1,499Common Questions
Q.What does the fatigue assessment include?
A full physical examination, Brain MRI scan, 12-lead ECG, and a targeted blood panel covering full blood count, liver and kidney function, vitamin B12, folate, vitamin D, iron and ferritin, male or female hormone profile, Epstein-Barr virus antibody profiling, coeliac/gluten sensitivity screening, and thyroid function (FT3, FT4, TSH).
Q.Who is this assessment designed for?
Anyone experiencing persistent tiredness lasting more than 4-6 weeks that is not explained by obvious lifestyle factors. It is particularly relevant if you have fatigue following a viral illness (including Long Covid), unexplained brain fog, or symptoms that your GP has been unable to diagnose.
Q.Why is a Brain MRI included?
Persistent fatigue and cognitive symptoms (brain fog, poor concentration) can occasionally have neurological causes. The Brain MRI rules out structural abnormalities, vascular issues, and early neurodegenerative changes that blood tests alone would miss.
Q.How quickly will I get results?
Blood results return within 3-5 working days. The Brain MRI report takes 7-10 working days. Your GP will review all results together in a follow-up consultation and provide a personalised recovery plan.
Q.Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book directly. If your own GP has already run basic tests, bring those results along so our doctor can see what has been checked and avoid duplication.
